She prepares her morning breakfast, bacon and eggs. Sue's bacon is safe to eat because some girly-man liberal fought for laws to regulate the meat packing industry.

In the shower, Sue reaches for her shampoo. Her bottle is properly labeled with each ingredient and its amount in the total contents because some crybaby liberal fought for her right to know what she was putting on her body and how much it contained.

Sue dresses, walks outside and takes a deep breath. The air she breathes is clean because some environmentalist wacko liberal fought for laws to stop industries from polluting our air.

She walks to the subway station for her government-subsidized ride to work. It saves her considerable money in parking and transportation fees because some fancy-pants liberal fought for affordable public transportation, which gives everyone the opportunity to be a contributor.

Sue begins her work day. She has a good job with excellent pay, medical benefits, retirement, paid holidays and vacation because some lazy liberal union members fought and died for these working standards. Sue's employer pays these standards because Sue's employer doesn't want his employees to call the union.

If Sue is hurt on the job or becomes unemployed, she'll get a worker compensation or unemployment check because some stupid liberal didn't think she should lose her home because of her temporary misfortune.

Its noon and Sue needs to make a bank deposit so she can pay some bills. Sue's deposit is federally insured by the FSLIC because some godless liberal wanted to protect Sue's money from unscrupulous bankers who ruined the banking system before the Great Depression.

Sue has to pay her Fannie Mae-underwritten mortgage and her below-market federal student loan because some elitist liberal decided that Sue and the government would be better off if she was educated and earned more money over her lifetime.

Sue is home from work. She plans to visit her father this evening at his farm home in the country. She gets in her car for the drive. Her car is among the safest in the world because some America-hating liberal fought for car safety standards.

She arrives at her childhood home. Her generation was the third to live in the house financed by Farmers' Home Administration because bankers didn't want to make rural loans. The house didn't have electricity until some big-government liberal stuck his nose where it didn't belong and demanded rural electrification.

She is happy to see her father, who is now retired. Her father lives on Social Security and a union pension because some wine-drinking, cheese-eating liberal made sure he could take care of himself so Sue wouldn't have to.

Sue gets back in her car for the ride home, and turns on a radio talk show. The radio host keeps saying that liberals are bad and conservatives are good. He doesn't mention that Republicans have fought against every protection and benefit Sue enjoys throughout her day. Sue agrees: "We don't need those big-government liberals ruining our lives! After all, I'm self-made and believe everyone should take care of themselves, just like I have."

Fourteen Propaganda Techniques Fox “News” Uses to Brainwash Americans
1. Panic Mongering. This goes one step beyond simple fear mongering. With panic mongering, there is never a break from the fear. The idea is to terrify and terrorize the audience during every waking moment. From Muslims to swine flu to recession to homosexuals to immigrants to the rapture itself, the belief over at Fox seems to be that if your fight-or-flight reflexes aren’t activated, you aren’t alive. This of course raises the question: why terrorize your own audience? Because it is the fastest way to bypasses the rational brain. In other words, when people are afraid, they don’t think rationally. And when they can’t think rationally, they’ll believe anything.

2. Character Assassination/Ad Hominem. Fox does not like to waste time debating the idea. Instead, they prefer a quicker route to dispensing with their opponents: go after the person’s credibility, motives, intelligence, character, or, if necessary, sanity. No category of character assassination is off the table and no offense is beneath them. Fox and like-minded media figures also use ad hominem attacks not just against individuals, but entire categories of people in an effort to discredit the ideas of every person who is seen to fall into that category, e.g. “liberals,” “hippies,” “progressives” etc. This form of argument – if it can be called that – leaves no room for genuine debate over ideas, so by definition, it is undemocratic. Not to mention just plain crass.

3. Projection/Flipping. This one is frustrating for the viewer who is trying to actually follow the argument. It involves taking whatever underhanded tactic you’re using and then accusing your opponent of doing it to you first. We see this frequently in the immigration discussion, where anti-racists are accused of racism, or in the climate change debate, where those who argue for human causes of the phenomenon are accused of not having science or facts on their side. It’s often called upon when the media host finds themselves on the ropes in the debate.

Biologists agree that as ice cover continues to decrease, there will be a significant drop in the polar bear population, which according to federal wildlife officials stands at about 26,000 globally. A 2015 assessment projected a reduction of over 30 percent in the number of polar bears by 2050.

“Polar bears are built for a feast-or-famine type of eating,” said Elisabeth Kruger, an arctic wildlife program officer with the World Wildlife Fund. “But when that period of fasting gets too long, it can put them on the brink.”

Polar bears have been labeled threatened under the Endangered Species Act act since 2008. They are among the largest members of the bear species and prey heavily on seals.

Fox News guest Penny Nance took to the air to warn us that things like reason, logic, and scientific enlightenment are horrible bad things that caused the holocaust. Except...not at all. So, we should just be ignorant to maintain peace? What about every major advancement in human history- would they have been possible without reason? Fox News along with other major media allied with huge corporate energy monopolies has declared a war on truth and science, by denying global warming. 

The only problem with spending so much time on war, war, nothing but war that really are just distractions, is that it desensitizes people to what is really going on. What is happening when the media does this is dividing and conquering. War is all about dividing and conquering people, first in their minds, then their hearts and then reaching into their wallets and extracting money, through deception. 

There is never time to focus on the deeper issues involved, because those who talk about that are labeled traitors and have their talk show cancelled and they are fired. There is not time to talk about who lied to get us into this war or that war, and where the money went. 

There is no time for truth, because it is much more important to spend time talking about things that divide people, such as the war on Christmas, or the war on Republican Women. Divide and conquer.

Fundamentalists around the world are waging war, on a constant never ending basis. Fundamentalists universally wage war on women, no matter in what religion or belief system.

One large war that is missing on Fox News is the War on Women. No news is good news when it comes to the consequences of women not having access to birth control, abortions, or health checkups through community health care clinics.

What happens if all abortion clinics are closed permanently? Will that stop abortions? No; it just means that women go back to using coat hangers in back alleys.

Will prohibiting people from drinking alcohol stop that? Not really, and that was proven with the Prohibition era failure to stop people from drinking 'evil' alcohol. 

But the roots of war go much deeper than just what airs on the mass media... to the root of violence, which is the thought of separation from others. There is no separation, and all thoughts like that are illusion, which lead to actual violence and war.  Both Republicans and Democrats vote for war as easily a person taking off a coat these days. 

Fundamentalists all around the world wage war on women. Muslim fundamentalists wage war on women in the middle east and Christian fundamentalists wage war on women in the US. Why? In a male dominated, top down controlled society, women are second or third class citizens historically. It is time to change this dynamic and give women the respect, equal status, and rights that men have, all around the world.

Does Fox News support ALL women's equal rights, or don't they? 

Do Christian fundamentalists support ALL women's equal rights, or not?

Are women equal to men, in relationship, marriage and workplace? 

Their answer is either yes or no, and the answer speaks volumes.

Ask any evangelical or fundamentalist these questions... See what their answer is..

The way that the 1% control people is to push their buttons, divide them, and then conquer them with all kinds of emotional diatribe and propaganda. The 'programming' is effective, simple and keeps people ignorant of what is REALLY going on, behind the scenes. Remember the story of the man behind the curtain pulling the strings and misleading Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz? It is like that... Figure out who is REALLY pulling the strings, behind the scenes.. As long as people keep watching the mass media news which is all about fearmongering and separation, the non stop war on just about everything and everyone will continue. Anyone actively opposing the military industrial complex is gotten rid of, especially if they are on the corporate controlled mass media..

Anyone intelligent is attacked and made fun of, because if a person knows HOW TO THINK for themselves and form their own opinions, and not be told what to think, they are DANGEROUS and RADICAL.

The 1% hate and despise intelligent people who cannot be 'programmed' to think they way the mass media programs people to think and feel.
