...In my shithole country 1% of the people are allowed to hoard all the money and make all the rules. The banks and Wall St. here do whatever crooked things they want and there is no consequence . We bail them out, forgive them their fines. In this shithole country we spend 2/3 of every tax dollar on war supplies which we buy from the same 1%. 

Since they have to use these bombs and planes and weapons before we can buy more, we decide that certain other countries should be bombed. We make up excuses to do this. Meanwhile people are homeless, starving and sick here in the shithole we call home.

The politics is 100% corrupt. Basically the rich pay the "elected "officials to do what they want. Corporations have control of everything in this shithole country and they are allowed to take advantage of everyone. Nothing is free, somebody makes money on every single thing we do. The infrastructure is falling apart, the environment is being severely abused and people do not have healthcare....to be cont'd"

A lawyer for President Donald Trump arranged a $130,000 payment to a former adult-film star a month before the 2016 election as part of an agreement that precluded her from publicly discussing an alleged sexual encounter with Mr. Trump, according to people familiar with the matter.

Michael Cohen, who spent nearly a decade as a top attorney at the Trump Organization, arranged payment to the woman, Stephanie Clifford, in October 2016 after her lawyer negotiated the nondisclosure agreement with Mr. Cohen, these people said.

Here's a New York City citizen's effort to put in clear and simple terms a plan to achieve the fundamental changes we need to create a rational, moral order.

The People need to begin considering a peaceful revolution along these lines: 

Whereas the US Government has become terminally corrupt with bribery ruling Washington, and in the service of the rich has turned against its people and in violation of treaties it has signed and in violation of international law has made war against and invaded so many countries, has shamed us before the world by engaging in torture, has taken steps like NDAA toward fascism, and our economic system is failing,

We launch national and local thinking sessions, on the internet, live-streaming from the job site and the neighborhood, what's wrong and how to make it right, to save the planet and promote planetary prosperity so humanity thrives, how to create a fair, just, wise, sustainable economic system that cherishes human dignity, fosters both community and individuality.

We recognize that commercialism/capitalism is a mentality so lacking in morality that it should no longer be the basis of our economic order. We give new meaning to money in our lives. We come to realize the need to rescue our culture from commercialism, that it is an irresponsible, pathological, degenerative force, that has degraded us, urged a preoccupation with appearances, a status system based on wealth and looks, not inner workings of mind and heart, failed to encourage and bring out the good in human nature, caring about people. 

We face squarely the complicity of our commercial media in the corruption, how they have fooled us with lies and tricks, hid the truth from us. As a whole people we begin to wake up to destructive US foreign policy, hearing from victims the sad and shameful truth about US wrongdoing country by country. The US has been a monster unto the world, not a force for freedom and democracy as it claims. 

We the people must alas wake up and be a positive force in the world, restore good will!

THE EMPIRE’S “LEFTY INTELLECTUALS” CALL FOR REGIME CHANGE. THE ROLE OF “PROGRESSIVES” AND THE ANTIWAR MOVEMENT
What is now unfolding in both North America and Western Europe is fake social activism, controlled and funded by the corporate establishment. This manipulated process precludes the formation of a real mass movement against war, racism and social injustice.

The anti-war movement is dead. The war on Syria is tagged as “a civil war”.

The war on Yemen is also portrayed as a civil war. While the bombing is by Saudi Arabia, the insidious role of the US is downplayed or casually ignored. “The US is not directly involved so there is no need for us to wage an anti-war campaign”. (paraphrase)

War and neoliberalism are no longer at the forefront of civil society activism. Funded by corporate charities, via a network of non-governmental organizations, social activism tends to be piecemeal. There is no integrated anti-globalization anti-war movement. The economic crisis is not seen as having a relationship to US led wars.

In turn, dissent has become compartmentalized. Separate “issue oriented” protest movements (e.g. environment, anti-globalization, peace, women’s rights, LGBT) are encouraged and generously funded as opposed to a cohesive mass movement against global capitalism.

THE DAY THAT FOX NEWS WAS CALLING FOR A FIRST NUCLEAR STRIKE ON NORTH KOREA, WHICH IS TOTALLY INSANE BY THE WAY


As Trump takes his cues from Fox News, analysts on the network keep calling for a pre-emptive (and possibly nuclear) war against North Korea: "flatten them," "hit them first and hit them hard."












































What they are demanding Trump do is a war crime, genocide and is totally insane, as it would start a global nuclear war. The last time the US attacked North Korea, Communist China got involved and beat the US. This time, both Russia and China would probably defend N. Korea, and use nukes against the US. 

Usually the President has to fight back against generals who want a nuclear strike against enemies. Now it is the generals fighting against a dictators who wants to nuke N. Korea.

AMERICA TAKES MULTIPLE STEPS TOWARDS THE CLIFF OF ARMAGEDDON

ANOTHER STEP TOWARD ARMAGEDDON VIA DEVELOPMENT OF ‘SMALLER’ NUCLEAR WEAPONS
The US military/security complex has taken another step toward Armageddon. The Pentagon has prepared a nuclear posture review (NPR) that gives the OK to development of smaller “useable” nuclear weapons and permits their use in response to a non-nuclear attack.

As Reagan and Gorbachev understood, but the warmongers who have taken over America do not, there are far too many nuclear weapons already. Some scientists have concluded that even the use of 10 percent of either the US or Russian arsenal would suffice to destroy life on earth.

It is reckless and irresponsible for Washington to make such a decision in the wake of years of aggressive actions taken against Russia. The Clinton criminal regime broke Washington’s promise that NATO would not move one each to the East. The George W. Bush criminal regime pulled out of the ABM Treaty and changed US war doctrine to elevate the use of nuclear weapons from retaliation to first strike. The Obama criminal regime launched a frontal propaganda attack on Russia with crazed Hillary’s denunciation of President Putin as “the new Hitler.” In an effort to evict Russia from its naval base in Crimea, the criminal Obama regime overthrew the Ukrainian government during the Sochi Olympics and installed a Washington puppet. US missile bases have been established on Russia’s border, and NATO conducts war games against Russia on Russian borders.
