The death of Julius Caesar was brought about by Roman senators who believed that he was setting himself up to be proclaimed Dictator, even Emperor.
Unfortunately, his assassination ultimately brought about the death of the Roman Republic, and set the stage for the Empire.

Degenerate art (German: Entartete Kunst) was a term adopted by the Nazi regime in Germany to describe Modern art. Such art was banned on the grounds that it was un-German, Jewish, or Communist in nature, and those identified as degenerate artists were subjected to sanctions. These included being dismissed from teaching positions, being forbidden to exhibit or to sell their art, and in some cases being forbidden to produce art.
Degenerate Art also was the title of an exhibition, held by the Nazis in Munich in 1937, consisting of modernist artworks chaotically hung and accompanied by text labels deriding the art. Designed to inflame public opinion against modernism, the exhibition subsequently traveled to several other cities in Germany and Austria.
While modern styles of art were prohibited, the Nazis promoted paintings and sculptures that were traditional in manner and that exalted the "blood and soil" values of racial purity, militarism, and obedience. Similar restrictions were placed upon music, which was expected to be tonal and free of any jazz influences; disapproved music was termed degenerate music. Films and plays were also censored.[1]

Goebbels and some others believed that the forceful works of such artists as Emil Nolde, Ernst Barlach and Erich Heckel exemplified the Nordic spirit; as Goebbels explained, "We National Socialists are not unmodern; we are the carrier of a new modernity, not only in politics and in social matters, but also in art and intellectual matters."[17]

The President SERVES THE PEOPLE. He is being held to a high standard of behavior. A previous president was almost impeached for inappropriate behavior with an aide, despite it being consenting adults, and purely the business of him and his wife. But now a President can all of a sudden be held to no standard at all, and be grabbing pussies, plus call for violence against protester attending his rallies. In 2013, two men from upstate New York were arrested after building a "death ray" x-ray device and plotting to use it against Muslims, and other perceived enemies of the United States and Israel,[49] including Obama. The men, Glenn Scott Crawford and Eric J. Feight, were arrested by the FBI after a 15-month operation involving FBI agents posing as co-conspirators. A court affidavit described the device as "a mobile, remotely operated, radiation emitting device capable of killing human targets silently and from a distance with lethal doses of radiation."[50]
Crawford, affiliated with the Ku Klux Klan, had allegedly contacted an Albany synagogue and a Jewish organization, and asked for their assistance with technology that could be used against Israel's enemies. Crawford also plotted to kill President Obama with the device. The undercover agents rendered the weapon inoperable to eliminate potential danger to the public. Crawford and Feight were charged with "conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists".[51][52][53][54][55]In 2015, Crawford was convicted and on 19 December 2016, Crawford was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison.[56]

He hasn’t threatened to kill anyone this time, but Donald Trump’s hypocrisy is on display following comedian Kathy Griffin’s distasteful stunt yesterday in which she was seen in a photo-op holding a bloody mask portraying the former reality show star, seemingly decapitated. Trump literally blamed Obama for being threatened.
White House press secretary Sean Spicer gave an off-camera press gaggle today, and was asked about the controversy around Griffin’s decapitation photo.
Mediaite reports:
However, Politico’s Matthew Nussbaum wasn’t so much interested in the president’s reaction to Griffin, which we’ve already received, but the possibility that Trump is exercising selective outrage.
“I have a question about this Kathy Griffin incident,” Nussbaum said. “Obviously, her conduct is widely condemned and it is not a partisan thing to be joking about violence against the president is unacceptable, but on that note, I wanted to ask about Ted Nugent who joked multiple times about assassinating President Barack Obama, who said Hillary Clinton should be hanged.”
“He was invited to the White House for dinner by President Trump,” he added. “Do you believe that was appropriate and if Trump was offended by this incident why was he not bother by all of Mr. Nugent’s comments?”
Spicer didn’t answer the question but said that Trump, the First Lady, and the Secret Service have all made statements on Griffin.
Nussbaum pressed Spicer further, but Spicer feigned ignorance of Nugent’s widely known threats.
“I’d have to look back and see what those statements were and what the reaction was at the time,” Spicer responded.
So Nussbaum pointed out to Spicer Nugent’s remark to “suck on my machine gun.” Again, without answering the question, Spicer said that the White House had already made statements on the Griffin situation.

Billy Bush got fired for his comments and exchange with then candidate Trump, so in effect he fell on his sword for Trump, because Trump was not affected at all, and people knew that they were voting for a serial groper, which is a form of sexual assault. Trump can only 'win' if a majority of Americans 'normalize' censorship, banning art, racism, sexism, Islamophobia, groping, xenophobia and hatred of minorities. Don't let that happen. RESIST. Trump believes he is more popular than ever before, due to all of the 'winning' he is doing.
But the theory isn’t supported by the evidence. To the contrary, Trump’s base seems to be eroding. There’s been a considerable decline in the number of Americans who strongly approve of Trump, from a peak of around 30 percent in February to just 21 or 22 percent of the electorate now.
As Trump's base erodes further, it will need to become more extreme, more violent, more racist, in order to try and get attention and traction, which will have the opposite effect, as long as people do not 'normalize' what is going on. The end of Trump is already in the works, due to self inflicted wounds. You can fool some of the people some of the time, and rob a lot of people some of the time, but you cannot fool and rob all of the people, all of the time.
Hitler rose to power because not enough people resisted his fascist, racist, corporate backed rise to power. Trump is meeting resistance, which is good, but the pressure needs to be kept up and increased.

Short term, all of these individuals and failings can be lived with, but when a seriously delusional person is lifted up into the office of President, all of the delusion, denial and false pride plus greed is lifted up for all to see and for that person to 'act out' their dark side.
