5 FOLLOWING THE PATH LESS TRAVELED IS A GIFT THAT YOU GIVE TO YOURSELF, BY LISTENING TO YOUR INTUITION, HEART OR SMALL INNER VOICE


The world offers an easy, wide freeway via the mass media, schools, college, businesses, religion and politics. What is harder is pursuing a path where there is no road and maybe not even a trail to follow. But the path less traveled has rewards beyond measure and beyond any worldly value. 

Following this lesser traveled path is a gift that you give yourself, since many people deny themselves this gift and work at a job they hate, for a boss that abuses them, and via a degree program that does not interest them. 

Another part of the path less traveled is following your intuition, or your heart/gut feelings. If something does not feel right, or your conscience says something is not right, honor that part of you, and give yourself a gift of following your own path less traveled both inside and outside.

Follow your heart.

Follow your gut feeling, and trust it.

Follow your feeling of where to go, what to say, and who to avoid.

Listen to the small inner voice or 'nudges' that are hard to see, hear or understand.

When the definition of success includes failure, there is no stopping a person.

The entire civilized world is based on trust.

We trust people to be kind.

We trust people to be fair.

We trust people to live according to laws that we create for the highest good for all.

We trust people to do the right thing, even if it does not fit into a law.

Without trust, there is no meaning or value in life, civilization or society.

10  YOUR VOICE AND WORDS ARE A GIFT

 There are times for normal conversation about the weather, and things that are polite, but have little or no value or meaning. Much of the mass media is devoid of meaning or value and has devolved to the point where it is the equivalent of a conspiracy tabloid in terms of what it offers, compared to what it could offer.

There are times for expressing something that may not be easy to say, based on a small inner voice prompting that verbal voice, message, saying, song, vision or calling. Sometimes what the voice says is full of immense value and meaning, and it may only come once in a lifetime. Pay attention to words said or sung that have value or meaning, whether those are coming through you, or through someone else. Words and a voice are a gift, or they can be if they are not wasted on meaningless sound bites, minutia, sports stars, divisive politics, divisive religion and/or drivel.

Saying things out of the silence that are for the good of the whole, and for seven future generations can be called an 'inner voice'. It can also consist of a leading from a higher authority.




Using your voice to say no, is sometimes just as important or more important than saying yes. Your voice is a gift. Use your voice to do good, and not do harm to this or seven future generations.
